Hosts are added in both side (Protected and Recovery), now we are going to assign the Volume to ESXi Host. Right click on Host-1 – Go to “Assign and Unassigned Volume & Snapshots”. Select the Volume and click on OK. Volume has added with the first host Same process we will do on the next…

Hosts are added in both side (Protected and Recovery), now we are going to assign the Volume to ESXi Host.

Right click on Host-1 – Go to “Assign and Unassigned Volume & Snapshots”.

Select the Volume and click on OK.

Volume has added with the first host

Same process we will do on the next Host

Right click on the Host-2, Select “Assign and Unassigned Volume & Snapshot”

Select the Volume and click OK

Now Volume has added with the Host

Now come on Recovery Site and we will performed the same step as done on Protected site.

Expand the Recovery-Group and Right click on Servers – Go to New Server

Enter Server Name – Description and vCenter IP address in ” Controlling Server Ip Address”

Check-In, Allow access via iSCSI and Enable Load Balancing

Select Authentication “CHAP not Required” & Click OK

Same process we will perform to add the another Host.

Then we will add the Volume with both Hosts as performed earlier with hosts on protected site.
